The Education Summit is curated by the Raspberry Pi Foundation and CoderDojo. It offers an opportunity for young people to learn programming skills, and for educators to undertake professional development.
Saturday: Young Coders' day
For young people aged 7-17: a full day of Python programming workshops led by the CoderDojo team. There will be sessions on Raspberry Pi, micro:bit and more, for different skill ranges.
Tickets: just £6 each, including lunch (available soon).
Sunday: Educators' day
For educators of all kinds, we will once again run a full day of professional development including talks, workshops and sessions, to share ideas and learn from each other and from experts in the field.
Tickets include lunch and are available at special rates.
Call for Proposals
Everyone is welcome to contribute to the Education Summit. Educators, feel free to propose sessions for either day. We’re looking for:
- 50 minute workshops for both days
- 25 minute talks for the Educators’ Day.
Also, if you feel you have a talk you’d like to share with a broader audience, feel free to submit additional talk proposals to the main conference.
Please don’t hesitate to submit a proposal! This is an open community event and we’d love to have your input. We’ll have equipment and plenty of people on hand to help make everything run smoothly.
